We do not make gelato to cover ingredients. We make it to reveal them.

Nami is an artisanal Italian gelato project born in Vietnam, a young and energetic market with a deep love for desserts and fresh products.

We work with few ingredients: milk or water, carefully selected natural sugars, natural plant fibres and the real ingredient that gives each flavour its identity.

No industrial premixes. No artificial syrups. No heavy anonymous bases. No shortcuts.

Who we are

Where Italian craft meets Vietnamese energy.

Nami was born from the meeting between Italian gelato culture and the energy of Vietnam, shared by a chef and two brothers building a real product with a clear standard.

Every flavour is built from zero. Sweetness, texture, creaminess, temperature and flavour are balanced by hand so the result is delicious, precise and clean.
